General Use Recommendations

For soil applications, broadcast apply 3 to 6 gallons per acre. This product can be applied through sprayers, sprinkler, or drip irrigation.

For foliar applications, apply one to four quarts per acre in sufficient water for thorough coverage. Always jar test for compatibility if mixing with another fertilizer or any pesticide.

The acetate products are in a very available form and because of this as a grower I have had great success using them in foliar applications. In a trial last year growing bush beans 4 gallons of free phos was applied as a side dress while 30 gallons of 10-34-0 was applied the same. The FreePhos block yielded 32% more. On my farm we used 3 gallons FreePhos as a side dress on winter wheat seed last fall. Even with the dry and intensely hot growing season this year we obtained yields in the range of 150 bushel per acre without irrigation.
