Calcium vs. EDTA - 17% Increase in Calcium Uptake
Grower saw tissue calcium rise from 0.94% with EDTA to 1.10% using CaAce+B, showing stronger absorption and faster calcium movement within just seven days.
Boron vs. EDTA - 25.6% Increase in Boron Uptake
Boron levels increased from 68.3 ppm with EDTA to 85.8 ppm after applying CaAce+B, proving more efficient foliar delivery and improved nutrient balance.
2025 California Calcium
Grape Foliar Comparison Trial
In a 2025 California grape foliar comparison trial, CaAce 5% Calcium Acetate was evaluated against a leading calcium dextrose product. Both treatments were applied at 1 quart per acre across four foliar applications from May 1 through June 16.
Petiole results showed CaAce reached 2.42% calcium compared to 2.13% with calcium dextrose, delivering a 13.61% increase in tissue calcium at the same application rate.
The trial highlights CaAce’s foliar uptake efficiency and the value of acetate-based calcium nutrition for supporting stronger cell wall structure and grapevine resilience.
